Greenhouse gas emissions are calculated in tons. There are various reports on this. In brief: Europe ranks sixth. The highest number of GHG tonnes per person:
USA currently leads with 14 tons per person, followed by Russia with 13 tons, China with 9.7 tons, and the EU with 7.2 tons per person.
